Vitality is an adventuring attribute. It affects:

• Healing effectiveness (how much your healing spells will heal for).
• In-combat health and energy regeneration.
• Unmounted movement speed.

You can view the effects of your current vitality by holding your mouse pointer over Vitality on your Character Sheet.

Classes with buff abilities which increase Vitality include the Blood Mage and the Druid.
