This spell line allows a Psionicist to freeze all enemies in a 10 meter radius. This helps to slow pursuit of multiple opponents, but its duration is fairly short and recasts have diminishing returns.
Stops the flow of time, preventing all opponents within 10m from moving or attacking for up to 6 sec. Incoming damage will break the effects of this power.
