Simulacrum is a special form of crowd control unique to Psionicists. This spell creates a hallucinatory "clone" of the target, which grabs a large amount of hate. The spell generally ends when someone either generates more hate than the clone or sees through the illusion. Because it is not a true mesmerize, this can be used while something else is under Time Trick.
