Upon entering Shining Waves Village, you will see the message
- "You feel a cold chill wash over you despite your approach to the burning village."
Upon leaving you will see:
- "The strange chill lingers with you for awhile as you leave the burning village."
The Shining Waves Village are the burning remains of villagers homes, just below House of Shining Waves where the priests of Vothdar may be found. The village is infested with Ulvari and citizens who have been possessed by the strange otherworldy powers of the Ulvari and are hostile to those who would venture into the still smoking remains of this small village.
