The Rotblood Troglodytes are a faction of Troglodytes that reside in the Marsh of Peril. They inhabit the various ruined buildings of the Leth Verael and the Ruins of Vol Tuniel. Fleshruin Troglodytes also reside nearby, but are considered inferior and weaker. Not much is known about why they reside inside these ruins, but they have some tie to Krigus. Their mere presense is an affront to the Celestine Ward.
