A zone of Qalia, the River Valley is surrounded by high mountains and is only accessible either by air or through the Shidreth Mines.
The valley is bisected by a raised river curling all the way east to west.

The majority of River Valley is populated by 2 dot mobs, and there are numerous quests to be had in the area. Obtain them from the Shidreth Mining Camp and within the valley itself.

[edit] Traversing the Valley
Once through the Shidreth Mines, you can travel along the river all the way to the western edge of the zone (where an ornate dam blocks your path), or head down into the deeper valleys to the north and south. Mobs start at around level 28 on the eastern end and increase to level 34 at the far west. Be careful of the occasional level 39 roamer.
You can jump (carefully) down into the north and south valleys, but the only way out is by riding the elevators back to the raised river. Look for white towers filled with blue sparkles and test your floating skills.

Locales in the North Valley include a Native Camp (entrance ramp in the northern valley wall) which is the source of a large number of quests.
At the far west of the North Valley is a nest of trolls (4 dots).

Locales in the South Valley include a small tent against the river wall where a General Goods Vendor can be found, along with numerous quests. The Flower Palace is also located here - a soaring structure occupied by 3 dot mobs ranging from 29-35.
At the far west of the South Valley are Vizarians Sirens (4 dots).
