Refining Taskmasters give work orders to help Crafters build their skill. For completing work orders successfully, crafters receive faction with one of the artisan factions of the world, some coin, and possibly other rewards.
There are two levels of Taskmaster in the world. The first set focuses work appropriate to Novice and Amateur crafters. Beyond that, another set of Taskmasters out in the world outposts will provide more difficult work orders for Apprentice, Initiate and Journeyman crafters.

All faction adjustments listed below in the Taskmasters section are for 100% Grade A work-orders. If you complete work-orders with less than perfect results, your faction rewards will be diminished.
