Outposts are areas designated as bind points. When players commit to a region to adventure and explore, the outpost is the hub or focal point of activity.
Here you can hitch your horse, dock your caravan, trade, and meet up with your party.
Some outposts may contain crafting workshops. The largest have focus points and Civic Diplomacy.
