Ksaravi are a family of ratmen who live on the northern coast of Qalia. They are generally considered a menace by the people of Khal and Mekalia.
Despite their surface appearance, the Ksaravi are not merely overgrown rats, but are actually sentient and intelligent. They have their own language, culture, and history.

The Ksaravi around Khal live in and operate out of Ksaravi Hollow, a rat den tunneled into the mountain. The Ksaravi here have been getting increasingly bold, so much so as to attack caravans almost within sight of the city! Several Ksaravi prisoners have been gathered at the Wayfarer's Embassy.
