When a diplomat engages in Civic Diplomacy, Information is often gained as a reward for a successful parley. This information can be taken to an Information Informant, who will exchange that Information for Diplomacy items.

[edit] Degrees

The information you take to the informants has different degrees:

• Hearsay - common
• Rumor - uncommon
• Evidence - rare

[edit] Quality

The information also has levels of quality which is awarded depending on the skill of your opponent:

• Crude - 0 to 100
• Significant - 125 to 200
• Essential - 225 to 300
• Vital - 325 to 400
• Unequalled - 425 to 500

The item will be randomly chosen from a selection of items available to the type of Information Informant you visit.
