Heathwarden Hall is the third large room you will come to as you head south-east through the first floor of Dargun's Tomb. Bats live on the upper ledges of the halls and the gnolls have made this room into yet another grungy living quarters.
Continuing south-east through the room will lead you to a small antechamber with passages to the right and left -- either way has stairs down into a deeper level of the dungeon. If you continue south-east through this antechamber, you will find a staircase up to a tower which is blocked with rubble.

Although the Burning Eyes do not have their own faction, you will receive positive faction with the Thestran Watch and Bordinar's Cleft for killing them.
