These quests are available to all crafters (subject to requirements). They usually reward you with gear, items (such as consumables) and artisan faction.
[edit] Specialization Quests
At level 11 you can take a quest for your profession specialization.
[edit] Tier Quests
These quests are the equivalent to graduating to a new rank of crafter. Crafting ranks.
- Novice – Level 1
- Amateur – Level 11
- Apprentice – Level 21
- Initiate - Level 31
- Journeyman – Level 41
[edit] Profession Quests
These are quests specific to your profession/specialization.
[edit] Continental Style Quests
Crafting recipes have styles based on the continent where they were learned, many of which had an appearance and effect associated with that continent. Thus, while you may have learned how to create Apprentice level weapons for your own continent, you would not be able to create the same item in the style of a different continent. You must complete both the style quest and the relevant tier quest to obtain these recipes, along with meeting artisan faction requirements of that continent:
- Novice – 100 Continental Artisan Faction
- Amateur – 200 Continental Artisan Faction
- Apprentice – 300 Continental Artisan Faction
- Initiate - 400 Continental Artisan Faction
- Journeyman – 500 Continental Artisan Faction
