As you enter the Fallen City of the Dwarves, now known as Dargun's Tomb you will head southeast through a set of double doors into the Brightstone Passage. Of course now that the gnolls have taken over the city, the stone is looking dingy and dirty.
There are several passages leading off of the main room, but to continue deeper into the dungeon, you'll continue straight through the passage and continue south-east through two more sets of double doors into the Ironstone Assembly.

Although the Burning Eyes do not have their own faction, you will receive positive faction with the Thestran Watch and Bordinar's Cleft for killing them.
